CANCELLATION POLICY
- 4 hour cancellation notice is required for all mat classes and Physiotherapy appointments. Otherwise charges will be made as we have waiting lists.
- we kindly request if possible 24 hours notice is given to cancel a studio session. Due to the current Covid 19 virus we understand if you are unwell and need to cancel at short notice but for all other reasons if a class is not cancelled in the timeframe you will forfeit a class.
- Classes are non-refundable nor transferable.
DRESS AND EQUIPMENT
- Comfortable exercise clothing that allows you to move freely is recommended.
- No shoes are required. Please wear grip socks for all classes. Socks are available for purchase in the studio $17.
- Mats, balls and props are provided
- Please bring a large sweat towel to lie on for hygiene reasons.
- Change and toilet facilities are available.
